Hvis f.eks. nettoprisindekset var 110 sidste \u00e5r og i dag er 113, er der tale om en stigning p\u00e5 ca. 2,7%. Lejen reguleres derfor op med samme procentsats. Denne metode g\u00f8r modellen simpel, gennemskuelig og nem at anvende ved genforhandling af lejevilk\u00e5r.<\/p><p>Det er v\u00e6rd at bem\u00e6rke, at moderne erhvervslejekontrakter i stigende grad henviser til \u00e5rlig lejeregulering efter nettoprisindeks.
